There are more than a thousand public connectors available, but that is a small percentage of the thousands of APIs that are published. Creating custom connectors allows you to have a connector experience for any of these APIs. In this course, we will look at how to configure the custom connector so you or users in your organization can connect to the API just as easy as the public connectors. Included in the course is a deep dive hands on lab as well as a test your knowledge assessment.
Basic understanding of PowerApps and Flow connectors would be helpful. Hands on lab requires developer knowledge and at least a trial of Visual Studio to complete.
This course includes an in-depth hands on lab that will demonstrate how to build a secure connector that queries CDS data and is used by a PowerApps app. You will need Visual Studio and an Azure subscription to complete the lab.

In this module we will take you through building custom connectors. We will look at how to configure the definitions for an existing service as well as build an Azure Function API and then configure it to be called from Power Apps and Power Automate.
These are the resource files you will need to complete the hands on lab
Use this to see if you are ready to take the full test your knowledge.
This test your knowledge will see how well you did with the module. If you fail you can re-take the test after a waiting period.
